Our Process
STEP 1
Initial call: We receive initial call from
the funeral home or family.
Step 2
Follow up: Setup an appointment in person, through emails, text or through our website.
Step 3
Choosing a template: We have twelve different templates to choose from in 3 sizes.
Step 4
Gathering the information: Gather the loved ones’s life story based on detailed information from the obituary.
Step 5
Design work: After information is received, design work begins.
Step 6
Draft: Once the program is completed, a draft copy will be emailed to the family.
Step 7
Final: After the family’s approval, copies will be produced and delivered to the funeral home.
